TRELO is ready to help even if your truck or trailer breaks down on the road. TRELO roadside assistance services abroad:
- Tyre change and repair;
- Clutch repair;
- Truck jump-start;
- Brake repair;
- Other repairs (as feasible).
Roadside assistance pricing:
- Call-out fee (€0.70/km, round trip); in Lithuania (€0.50/km).
- Mechanic call-out (€70/h, charging only the round-trip travel time); in Lithuania (€0.50/km).
- One-time administration fee – €70.
- Road tolls (vary by country).
- A 1.3 labour-time coefficient applies when roadside assistance is provided.
- Parts costs.
If, for example, a truck breaks down 100 km from the service centre, the travel to the breakdown site takes 60 minutes, the mechanic’s work takes 60 minutes, and there are no road tolls on the way:
Total for the repair work would be: 100 × 2 × €0.70 + €70 + €70 + €70 × 1.3 = €371 + parts.
Auto electrician rate – €80/h (in Lithuania: €55/h).
Prices are quoted excl. VAT.
Roadside assistance for trucks is not provided in Lithuania; it is available only abroad.
