Why choose TRELO?
TRELO is an international network of truck and semi-trailer repair centres. Our work starts when others stop, so commercial vehicles get back on the road as quickly as possible. We work fast, clean, and smart. The TRELO team is 240+ strong, and our workshops run on a team spirit that can lift 20 tonnes.
Our mission:
We make life easier for our customers, partners, and ourselves.
Yes, we repair trucks. But at our core, we solve problems. Quickly, simply, and reliably.
Our vision
To become Europe’s largest network of truck and semi-trailer service centres.
We grow not for the numbers, but for stronger teams, more dependable solutions, and a clear purpose.
Our work stands not only on jacks, but on facts. Here are a few numbers that say more about TRELO than any motivational blurb:
We’re always looking for people who can not only fix things, but also take ownership.
Truck repair is more than tools, bays, and equipment. It’s a team that cares and a sense of responsibility you carry even when no one’s looking. It’s pace, clarity, and respect. In other words – TRELO culture.
We don’t look for who’s to blame – we look for what to do. We move first and solve fast.
Team members tackle problems effectively and work independently, asking colleagues for help when it’s needed.
We act as if the workshop were our own. If something stalls, we don’t walk around it. If we see a way to improve, we speak up. This isn’t “just a job”—it’s our environment to grow and get things done.
Not “eh, it’ll pass.” We think about how our actions affect others and the whole service centre.
At TRELO, mindfulness means keeping the workspace and environment safe and orderly, while being attentive to others’ needs and well-being. Don’t act in ways you wouldn’t accept toward yourself.
We work so we can look ourselves in the eye.
Integrity is a core value at TRELO: we encourage people to admit mistakes openly and never hide information. We learn from our errors.
What’s hidden or kept hidden holds the team back. We work openly and clearly.
Transparency at TRELO means clear communication and smooth handovers. It means acknowledging mistakes so the team can respond effectively and improve. When a problem arises, we talk about it out loud.
In short about TRELO culture
TRELO isn’t a glass-tower corporation with Friday croissants and coffee machines – it’s a team that keeps its word. Our culture is stability, mutual respect, clear rules, and plenty of room for autonomy.
If you value clarity, respect, interesting work, and a good pace we’re on the same road.

Frequently asked questions about hiring
Want to know how things work before you apply? Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.
Do I need prior experience?
Most of our openings are fairly technical, so previous experience in the same or a similar role really helps.
Do you provide accommodation?
Yes, if you work at a service centre, we arrange housing. And not just “a spot,” but a fully equipped place with everything you need (from a “Kamado” grill to a “PlayStation”). Rooms are typically shared by 1–2 people.
What does your hiring process look like?
Clear and no ghosting. We review your CV, get in touch, talk, and, if needed, run a skills test. After each step, we let you know whether you’re moving forward. The whole process usually takes about 2-3 weeks.
Which foreign language do I need to know?
If you’ll be working abroad, basics of English or the local language (depending on the country) is very useful. Our teams are multicultural, so you’ll likely use English or Russian with colleagues at the service centres.
Can I work remotely?
It depends on the role. Office roles follow a hybrid mode. You can work remotely up to two business days per week and, with tenure, take workcations from another EU country for up to 10 days per year. Service-centre roles are on site due to the nature of the work.
What if there’s no suitable position right now?
Write to us anyway. If we see potential, we may offer you a suitable role even when there’s no public posting yet. Or we’ll keep your contact for future openings.
Will I get a reply if I’m not selected?
Yes. Every candidate gets a response, even if it’s a “no.” We value your time, so communication is a priority.
